Prepare and transmit student work

IBP EDU – GBP Student is a separate licensed student-edition workflow. You need the build and assignment access supplied by the instructor or institution. Ordinary photo editing and a submitted assignment are separate states.

Prepare your submission

  1. Activate the intended student build and open the assignment/transmission workflow included with it.
  2. Open Media Desk. Configure the school server in Settings → Upload Destinations if the connection notice requires it. Sign in using School email, Password, and Authenticator code when enabled. Then choose School, Class, and Assignment in order. Read the assignment instructions.
  3. Open your local photographs, make the requested selection, and prepare captions or other required fields. Do not include unrelated images simply because they are in the same folder.
  4. Enter a Transmission headline and optional Note to the desk. Choose Refresh selection if you changed the grid selection, then inspect the filenames under Current ImageBrowserPro selection. Choose Upload … images to selected assignment only after confirming the destination and count.
  5. Wait for the reported result. Inspect failed items and the destination's receipt/status when available.
  6. Reopen the assignment or confirmation view and confirm which files were accepted. Keep your originals and working copies until the class's retention requirements are satisfied.

Receive and inspect feedback

Open the feedback format supplied by the instructor. For shared-folder Critique Binders, make the matching take and binder revision available locally, choose the revision, and relink unresolved images carefully. Keep personal notes separate from read-only instructor feedback. If the instructor sends a PDF, read it as a review document; it is not an editable drawing scene or a replacement for original images.

Access and storage limits

Student entitlements, completion/graduation state, and the institution's configuration can affect which commands are available. Do not use a faculty guide as a way to bypass student access. A local selection or file export is not proof of a successful upload. Institution-managed storage and LMS permissions remain external prerequisites.

Verify and troubleshoot

Submit a small permitted test when setting up a new class workflow. Check file count, name, image identity, and the assignment destination. For a partial transfer, inspect accepted files before retrying so you do not create duplicates. If editing or transmission is unavailable, check the license/assignment state and contact the instructor with the error rather than repeatedly reactivating another edition. See Metadata, Export, and Critique Binders.
