Build a picture edit, board, or mobile sequence

Picture Editor is an optional plugin workflow for final human selection and sequencing. Enable the included plugin through Plugins and open a folder or Selection Set first. A phone-frame preview or copied post text does not publish to a social network.

Make the edit

Open the set in Picture Editor using its available set action.
Inspect each image and apply In, Keep, or Out according to your editorial decision. In means included; Keep retains a candidate; Out excludes it from the edit.
Arrange the accepted sequence. Inspect captions and per-image comments while navigating rather than assuming one draft applies to every photograph.
Use Picture Desk boards when spatial arrangement helps discuss the edit. Save the board with the existing folder-save controls and reopen it to confirm the layout.
For a social layout, open the set's Mobile Sequence Studio. Choose a phone viewport preset, use Fit/zoom, inspect the ordered photographs, and review the available Facebook Front/More layouts.
Write the set-level post text and use its copy action for handoff. Export ordered images separately. The site or social app where you publish remains a separate step.

Record the review workspace

Use the workspace capture controls to save a PNG screenshot or an optional narrated WebM recording. Recording requires microphone permission. If access is denied, use the provided recovery action and macOS Microphone settings, then retry only if you want to record.

Captures are stored beside the active assignment in ImageBrowserPro Review Captures. That folder is excluded from normal image ingest/grid scans so the communication files do not become candidate photographs. A recording captures the review, not the original camera footage.

Saved result and checks

Sets retain order and references; boards use their existing sidecar persistence; captured recordings are separate files. Reopen the board or set and inspect its state. Play a recording before sending it and check whether the intended narration is audible. Mobile viewport presets are layout previews, not proof of appearance in every phone app.

If controls are missing

Confirm the plugin is included and enabled, that the set is open, and that sequence mode is active for sequence-specific controls. Contest judging is not part of the normal current mode selector. For slide presentations, use Slideshow Studio; for a remote picture-editor exchange, use Edit Binders.
