Get started
Open your first folder
- Choose Add Folder in the workspace header.
- Select a folder containing a small set of photographs in the system folder picker.
- Wait for thumbnails to appear, then select a file.
- Open the file in the large preview to inspect detail.
- Apply a star rating and a color label using the visible controls.
Find your way around
- Header: folder controls, views, sorting, filters, and export.
- Sidebar: folders and Selection Sets.
- Main workspace: grid, preview, comparison, or the active workflow.
- Inspector: information about the selected file.
If the grid looks empty, clear search and rating or color filters, and confirm you opened the intended folder. Shortcuts can be customized: consult the app’s Keyboard Shortcuts settings for your current bindings.
