Troubleshooting and feedback
Activation does not complete
Check your connection and invitation details. Record the exact error. An expired or revoked beta key needs attention from the developer; reinstalling does not renew it.
A folder appears empty
Confirm the folder contains the expected photographs and clear search, rating, and label filters. Note the file format and whether other files in the same folder appear.
A tool is missing
Check whether it requires an optional plugin or a different beta build. Some features are deliberately unavailable: Frame Review is currently disabled behind a startup safety guard.
Send a useful bug report
Reply through the channel used for your beta invitation with:
- The app version, macOS version, and Mac model/processor.
- Whether you installed fresh or updated an older beta.
- The exact steps, what you expected, and what happened.
- A screenshot of any error, with private information removed.
- Whether you can repeat the problem and which file format is involved.
Do not post license keys, private photographs, captions, or filenames publicly. Do not delete application-support folders to troubleshoot; that can remove saved preferences and sets.
